Forex24 is a brand owned and operated by Lydya Financial Ltd, with registration number HE334292, a Cyprus Investment Firm (“CIF”) regulated and supervised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (“CySEC”) with License number 300/16.
Investor Compensation Fund
Forex24 is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund (“ICF”), which provides covered clients the extra security of receiving compensation, from the ICF, for claims, in cases where the Company does not fulfil its obligations. Segregation of Funds
Clients’ funds are kept in separate from the Company’s own funds. The retail clients’ funds are segregated from the funds of the Company.
Funding and Website Security
Forex24 uses level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment providers adopting the highest level of online security. We also adopt the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) network security protocol that keeps your personal, online communication and data with us private and secure.
Negative Balance Protection
Forex24 provides Negative Balance Protection to retail clients, ensuing that clients cannot lose more funds than invested/held by clients’ account(s).
